Shadows, site – specific installation: found objects, charcoal, Studio residency Family Chronicles’ Textil Werk Bocholt, 2014
Objects that were left behind by family members from different generations were placed around the space, their shadows projected with a spotlight and then drawn in an extremely enlarged or deformed shape. The drawn shadows are synonymous with hidden family stories and at the same time explore the projection of objects into a different dimension.
